Our Service to You during the Covid-19 lockdown

As you all know we have been advised to stay at home and do our best to keep everyone safe.

We wish to provide the best service we can to our clients during these times, and I would like you to know how we have planned to continue working on your behalf, adapted, to the current situation.

You have all either received an email or a letter advising you of these changes, but in case this has been missed:

  • All of us are now working from home
  • If you wish to contact us, ideally do this by email, on our client only email addresses which you usually contact us on
  • Our client only telephone number will be re-directed to my home so you can still call us but if there are any problems getting through please email us.
  • Our main switchboard number will not be answered, and it cannot be redirected, therefore please do not call 01621 856545
  • Where appropriate we will use email instead of post when contacting you.
  • Wherever possible, please do not reply to us by post. In certain circumstances this will be unavoidable, and we will arrange a suitable plan with you
  • We have requested a postal redirection service, but we do not yet know how long it will take to commence. We will let you know as soon as we have news.
  • Please do not hand deliver anything to our office as we will not be here to receive it
  • Any meetings to be held can be facilitated by Skype, telephone or postponed if you prefer

If you have recently sent something via post to us and we have not confirmed receipt, please let us know.

We hope that as far as possible it is ‘service as normal’, and if you do have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
